“Where do you ship?” We ship domestically across all 50 states in the US and internationally to over 35+ countries! Please see our "Shipping Zones" page for more information.
If you do not see your country listed, please reach out to kittieservices@gmail.com. We may be able to ship to your country. It may not be possible due to certain suspensions with USPS. “What forms of payment do you accept?” We currently accept all major Debit and Credit cards (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Elo, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
“When will my order be sent?” Orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after the order has been placed. If your order has not been shipped within this time, please contact kittieservices@gmail.com with your name and order number for assistance.
“What Shipping Courier do you use?” All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Tracked Shipping or UPS Tracked Expedited Shipping. You can track your order with the tracking number included in the shipment email notification.
“How long will my order take to arrive?” Once shipped, domestic (US) orders take 2-4 business days to deliver. International (Non-US) orders take 7-24 business days to deliver.
“Will I be charged Custom Fees?” Although Customs charges are highly unlikely, Kitties Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any possible fees.
“Can I return my order?” We currently do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
“What if my product arrived damaged?” If your deliverables arrive damaged, please send photo evidence to kittieservices@gmail.com within 24 hours of reception. Refunds are under discretion of Kitties Cosmetics, and may be allotted in the form of store credit or returned to the original form of payment in the paid for value of the item(s). Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
“My order is marked DELIVERED but I never received it?” Kitties Cosmetics is no longer responsible for your package once it has been dropped off at USPS/UPS and tracking information has been sent to you. We guarantee delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your package is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to invalid credentials, the customer is responsible for payment of a new issued shipping label with new tracking information.
“I received the wrong item, or I’m missing an item?” Although this is rare, human error may occur! If you have received an incorrect item, or you are missing an item, please kindly contact us with your name and order number at kittieservices@gmail.com.
“How can I contact you?” You can reach out to us via e-mail at kittieservices@gmail.com. Please allow between 72 hours for a response. If this window has passed with no response, please forward the email again. Sometimes messages get lost in spam!
